1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you’re not satisfied with your IPeeTV Flix subscription, contact us within 7 days of your purchase date and we’ll issue a refund, provided the issue isn’t caused by factors outside our control (such as your own internet connection or incompatible/unsupported hardware).
2. How to Request a Refund
Message us on WhatsApp with your order details (email or order reference used at checkout) and the reason for your request. Our support team will review your request and respond within 24-48 hours.
3. Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
4. Exceptions
Refund requests made after the 7-day window, or for accounts found to be in violation of our Terms of Service (such as sharing/reselling login credentials), are not eligible for a refund. Free trials, if offered, are not covered by this policy.
