Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we may restore the material within the timeframe required by law unless the original complainant files a court action.
4. Repeat Infringer Policy
In appropriate circumstances, we may suspend or terminate access for users or accounts associated with repeated copyright infringement, consistent with applicable law.
